Protocol FAQs

Everything you need to know about the system, our internal standards, and operating mechanics.

Are the training sessions live or pre-recorded?

+
Every single training session across our Batches, Squads, and Masterclasses is **100% Live**. We do not use pre-recorded loops. Our coaches are completely present in real-time to run the session, guide you, and push your limits.

Why is the camera-on rule mandatory for every class?

+
At ISC, we specialize in **surgical biomechanical rectification**. Without your camera on, our masters cannot minutely observe your alignments, joint angles, and mechanical execution. This rule ensures complete safety, perfect posture, and optimal target muscle activation.

What equipment do I need to start?

+
Our core philosophy is that your body is the ultimate machine. To unlock full systemic capabilities, we recommend access to a sturdy **Pull-up Bar**, **Gymnastic Rings**, and **Parallel Bars** or resistance bands over time. For absolute beginners, we can begin with simple wall and ground adaptations.

Is this program suitable for complete beginners?

+
Yes. Calisthenics is scalable for everyone. Whether you cannot perform a single push-up or you are looking to master advanced configurations like the human flag, our internal programming framework progressively adapts the load to match your current neural and anatomical capacity.

How are the training formats different?

+
We offer three distinct tiers: **Syndicate Batches** focus on high-energy collective training (5+ athletes). **Elite Squads** restrict capacity to 3-5 students for deep structural, minute oversight by a assigned Senior Master. **1-on-1 Masterclass** provides complete personal isolation with a single head coach.
