Training Formats

Batch Training

The foundation program where members train in groups under the guidance of a coach. Structured to build overall strength, mobility, endurance, and calisthenics fundamentals in a highly motivating environment.

Group PT

Smaller squads training together with highly targeted personal attention from a Senior Coach. This allows members to focus specifically on unique biomechanical milestones while leveraging mutual group accountability.

Select Squad Coach

One-on-One PT

The absolute pinnacle of personalized immersion. Members work explicitly with a dedicated Head Master on specialized milestones like athletic composition tracking, rehabilitation protocols, or elite skill development.

Internship

~1 Year. Triggered by high baseline execution and leadership trait monitoring inside current cohorts.

Junior Coach

Active coaching entry following technical safety sign-offs and structural mastery validation checks.

Phase 03

Senior Coach

2+ Years. Complete synchronization across advanced biomechanical observation and tactical adjustment lines.

Phase 04

Head Coach

4+ Years. Absolute technical ownership, system policy tracking, and complete cohort architectural design.
